Hi Sonia, Apologies in the delay of this one. Finally, back and catching up after some time off Happy to say we can facilitate the below on Friday 12th December 2:30pm – 7:30pm. This has been added in our calendar. As requested, you require an outdoor area for Bouncing castle, sausage sizzle, face painting. Toilet access only, possible power requirements   There is direct vehicle access as required You can use F3 for your bouncing castle With regards to toilets, there are two options. The green circle would be the closes however is a shared zone with the gym but within the vicinity of all other activities for you. We could also open the club toilets at the south end/Samford road end of the clubhouse which would provide less hazards with gym equipment. The blue area is the playground The red area is the under croft area. There is minimal other under croft area out the front of the gym, otherwise you are welcome to set up gazebo on the blackspot which is concrete at the front of the gym for further shade. If required, there will be power available from the gym. With regards to payment, there is no need for that.   We would however request if you could have a look at our sponsorship proposal pack for 2026 and entertain the idea of partnering with us. As discussed we wish to rent the outdoor area on the 12 December 2025 from 2.30 p.m. to about 7 – 7.30 p.m.  The Christmas party will be between 4 p.m. until 6 p.m., but having the extra time will allow for setting up and packing up. I understand that you are unavailable most of this week, but look forward to hearing from you soon.
